The demo is an unofficial sample website I built for your business. It uses publicly available information and photos as placeholders, and every demo clearly says it's unofficial and not affiliated with you. It isn't indexed by search engines, and it doesn't pretend to be your official site.

Hi, I'm Eyad.
I'm an independent web developer who likes building clean, fast, modern websites for local businesses that people already love. A lot of great shops are running on a Facebook page alone — I think they deserve better, so I build a demo to show what's possible.
There's no agency and no catch. If a demo helps a business get a proper website — built with them, accurately, and with their blessing — that's a win for both of us. If not, no harm done.

Is this really free?
Yes. Looking at the demo is completely free and there's no obligation. If you decide you want a real, accurate website, we'd agree on that separately — but the demo itself costs you nothing.
Are you affiliated with my business?
No. The demo is unofficial and clearly says so. It's an independent sample I built to show what your site could look like.
Where did the photos and details come from?
From publicly available listings and pages, used only as placeholders. They'd be replaced with your own approved photos and accurate details before anything became real.
I don't want this. How do I get it removed?

Will this show up on Google as my site?
